Trocar Tip

A trocar tip is a sharp three pointed tip used in medical and surgical procedures. It is often used inside a hollow cylinder to introduce the wire into blood vessels or body cavaties. Our trocar tips wires have been used in laparoscopic and veterinary procedures. We typically manufacture trocar tips on stainless steel, titanium and nitinol but we are also capable of grinding on additional types of materials.

The below picture is looking at a trocar tip wire from above. A trocar tip has 3 faces which are each 120 degrees. Trocar tips are typically used as a drilling component in medical devices.
